Privacy and data protection policy


In accordance with current and applicable regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by DIGITAL VIRGO E.P, S.A. (DVEP) with NIF A42846287 and registered office located at C/ JUAN IGNACIO LUCA DE TENA, 1 - 3ª PLANTA 28027, MADRID. Your data will be processed in accordance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.e of the RGPD) of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, for the sole purpose of processing the communication and deciding on its admission or inadmissibility. In case of admission, the corresponding investigation will be carried out in order to adopt the corresponding disciplinary measures. In cases of public disclosure, the processing is based on the legitimacy of the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest (art. 6.1.e of the GDPR).


The time of conservation will be only for the time strictly necessary to decide the initiation of investigations and, in any case, being removed from the complaints channel after three months, and for those of special complexity, the duration may be extended for another three months with the prior motivation of the person in charge of the Internal Information System in order to leave evidence of the operation of the system.


In the event that the complaint is admitted for processing, personal data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the investigation and comply with legal obligations. Once the investigation is concluded, the personal data will be kept for the time necessary to adopt and execute the corresponding measures and, after that, for the maximum period of prescription of any legal or contractual actions. In no case will the data be kept for a period of more than ten years. If it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not truthful, it will be immediately deleted as soon as such circumstance becomes known, unless such lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be kept for the necessary time during the processing of the corresponding legal proceedings.


In relation to the Complaints Channel, the data will be processed by the person responsible for the same and will only be communicated to third parties when appropriate for carrying out the investigation or for the subsequent adoption of the corresponding corrective measures.


When the affected persons exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and not to be subject to automated individualized decisions, or consider that their personal data have not been processed in accordance with current regulations, they should communicate it to the following email: [email protected]


You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, through the electronic headquarters at www.aepd.es.
